Who is Dr. Kristin Schmidt?

Kristin is a physical therapist who specializes in women’s health, sports, and pediatrics with undergraduate studies in nutrition, exercise, and health science. She is board certified in Sports Physical Therapy and is a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her husband and two young children are her whole world, and like all of you, she wants to be the best wife and mom that she can be for them.
