The Move Better Mom Better Community is a place where we can come together as moms in the midst of our ever so busy lives to remind each other to keep our health a priority and share ways to motivate each other.  We all deserve a little more grace and a lot more self-love. Because motherhood is innately about giving and sharing, we often forget about taking care of ourselves. Parenting children is like chasing an ever-moving target. As soon as you think you may have it all figured out, another infant sleep regression strikes, your toddler refuses to eat the food he begged for last week, or potty training just will not click. Unique challenges that consume your mind, your time, and your whole world seem to re-appear at each phase of childhood. Therefore, as moms on the move, you need to be able to prioritize taking care of your own health and well-being while juggling the demands of the rest of the family too.

My passion to help women stay active before and during pregnancy, immediately post-partum, and years after pioneered the beginnings of Move Better Mom Better. And it is that passion (plus a lot of sleepless nights with my baby girl) that ultimately allowed for some productive brainstorming sessions and the beginnings of this blog.
